Montel's France desk brings together an experienced team of reporters and editors, who have taken the lead in covering the news that EDF would extend and bring forward outages at several of its nuclear reactors in France this autumn and winter – headlines which sent power and related markets into a tailspin.
has been Montel’s correspondent and bureau chief in France since September 2008 and is now editor of the French language service.

joined Montel News in September as France reporter. She joined from a position as power markets reporter with Argus Media, where she had worked from 2014, covering the French, Belgian and Dutch markets and specialising in data journalism.
also joined Montel in September as reporter. She was previously commodities and energy correspondent for Reuters between 2005-2011 and thereafter headed the firm’s Paris energy desk until 2014. Based in Paris, she has since been a freelancer in the energy sector and published in various publications, including Platts and the New York Times.
is Montel’s news editor Europe. He has worked for Montel News since 2003, and now oversees the newswire’s France coverage in the wider European context.
